Buffet, GuyInternationally recognized French artist educated at Beaux Arts de Toulon and the Academie de Peinture de la Ville de Paris Buffet initially gained extensive and worldwide experience as an Official Artist in the French Navy then later in China as a guest of the Peking Arts and Crafts Council. In 1989 Buffet's exhibition with the Monnaie de Paris received International acclaim, starting in Paris and later traveling to most major cities in USA and Canada and ending in Tokyo.
